These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any event, program, or experience (the “Event”) hosted, co-hosted, or produced by Savvy Method, owned by Valincia Bennett (“Savvy Method”) and Much and More Media, Inc., doing business as Pretty Damn Ambitious™, owned by Bianca B. King (“Pretty Damn Ambitious”), collectively referred to herein as the “Hosts.”

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Event in any capacity, whether in person or virtually, you (“Attendee,” “you,” “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Registration, Payment & Transfer Policy

1.1 Final Sale

All ticket sales and registrations are nonrefundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, travel delays, acts of God, or dissatisfaction with the Event.

1.2 Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another person if a written request is received at least 3 business days before the Event at contact@savvy-method.com, and such transfer is approved by the Hosts in writing.

1.3 No Resale for Profit

Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for unauthorized promotions.

2. Event Changes & Cancellations

2.1 Changes

The Hosts reserve the right to change the Event’s format, schedule, speakers, location, or content at any time without liability.

2.2 Cancellations

If the Hosts cancel the Event, the sole and exclusive remedy will be a refund of the registration fees actually paid to the Hosts. The Hosts are not liable for any other costs, including travel or accommodations.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release

3.1 Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks related to attending or participating in the Event, whether in person or online.

3.2 Food & Beverage

If food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, are served, you consume them at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your consumption, including any consequences of intoxication, allergic reactions, or illness.

3.3 Release

You release the Hosts, their affiliates, owners, officers, contractors, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in or travel to/from the Event.

4. Photography, Videography & Media Release

4.1 Consent

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. Your image, likeness, voice, and/or statements may be used for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotional materials, without compensation.

4.2 Waiver

You waive the right to inspect or approve any materials in which you appear and release the Hosts from any claims relating to such use.

5. Educational Content & Business Advice Disclaimer

5.1 Informational Only

The Event may include networking, masterminds, workshops, webinars, seminars, or other educational sessions (“Content”). This Content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial, tax, or accounting advice
  • Investment advice
  • Medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice

5.2 No Professional Relationship

No attorney-client, accountant-client, therapist-client, or other professional relationship is created by your attendance.

5.3 No Guarantees

The Hosts make no guarantees regarding specific results, earnings, or business outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and agree to consult qualified professionals before acting on any information from the Event.

5.4 Release Related to Content

You release and hold harmless the Hosts from any liability arising from your use or reliance on the Content.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

6.1 Ownership

All Event materials, slides, recordings, workbooks, and other content (“Materials”) are owned by or licensed to the Hosts and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or create derivative works from the Materials without prior written consent from the Hosts.

6.3 Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action and damages.

7. Conduct & Removal

7.1 Removal

The Hosts reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to any Attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.

7.2 Attendee Responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct toward other attendees. The Hosts are not liable for any interactions, business dealings, or disputes between attendees.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hosts, their affiliates, owners, officers, directors, contractors, vendors, agents, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your attendance, participation, or conduct at the Event;
  • Your consumption of food, alcohol, or other substances at the Event;
  • Your reliance on Event Content or Materials;
  • Any violation of these Terms;
  • Any infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • Any injury, illness, death, or damage caused by you to persons or property;
  • Any claim brought by a third party due to your actions, omissions, or statements.

This indemnity applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

9. Force Majeure

The Hosts will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, or technological failures.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wise County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Separate Host Entities

The Event is co-hosted by Savvy Method and Pretty Damn Ambitious™, each of which is a separate legal entity. Neither Host is liable for the commitments, acts, or omissions of the other.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

By registering for or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
